Blackbyrd Myoozik, Edmonton's premier independent record store, was founded in 1993 by Arthur Fafard and Mark Davis (co-founder of the seminal local band Old Reliable, a current member of Concealer as well as a respected solo artist). With years of experience gained while working at the illustrious but now defunct Southside Sound, Blackbyrd was founded on the idea of catering to those discerning music fans.
