Grapefruit Records began as a record label founded by Simon Joyner and Ben Goldberg in 2011 to release experimental and underground music. In 2015, Grapefruit began offering a wide selection of titles and music related merch from kindred labels sharing a similar ethos. To celebrate a decade of toiling online and to shake off the pandemic blues, in May of 2021 we decided to open a brick and mortar location in Omaha’s Old Market District with longtime Grapefruit co-conspirator, Mychal Marasco.
