In 1976, Jerry Weber and Jim Petruzzi opened Record Graveyard, with a huge sign reading “WE BUY RECORDS”. A few years later, Jerry opened Garbage Records which was soon renamed Jerry’s Records. Since 1994, Jerry’s has been located in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, in a 10,000+ square-foot former car dealership. In 2017, Jerry retired, passing ownership to longtime employee and fellow vinyl-lover Chris Grauzer. In 2023, we opened Future Zone, expanding the range of physical media we have to offer.
